Library Designated to Take Lead in Supporting Innovation: Call for Community Participation in Crafting the Agenda
With the recent announcement from Teachers College President Susan Fuhrman and Provost Thomas James that the library has been designated to provide support for a full range of innovative educational activities at the College, the library is launching an effort to gather input from all members of the Teachers College Community in the development of the new innovation agenda.
During the spring and summer transition period, the College will continue the full range of course, workshop, and program offerings long identified with CEO&I and TCI. As part of the repositioning of support for innovative educational activities within the library and the academic departments, the College anticipates an even more robust set of offerings in all areas of the academic program. Details will be forthcoming as the planning process moves forward.
Students, faculty, alumni and other friends of the College are invited to suggest ideas for expanding the innovative programming agenda of the College by using the library's online suggestion box.
