Parks and Recreation: Databases for July
Did you know that the United States has over 50 national parks, from Acadia, a rugged seashore of approximately 47,000 acres on Mt. Desert Island and adjacent mainland, Maine to Zion, a multicolored gorge of an estimated 146,700 acres in heart of southern Utah desert? July is National Parks and Recreation month, and in recognition we are featuring resources that aid teachers and researchers in finding information pertinent to science and the environment.
