Remember, Remember, the 5th of November! Big Read-Aloud, Thursday, 11/5, 12-4pm

Join the Gottesman Libraries as students remember Guy Fawkes, notorious for his involvement in the Gunpowder Plot of 1605. From 12-4pm students will be hosting a public read-aloud of several texts, including Leonard Read's I, Pencil and John Stuart Mill's On Liberty. Hang out and listen, or join in and read yourself!

Co-sponsored by the Gottesman Libraries and the Year of Youth Project 2012, this event is organized by John Baird, President of LearnPlay and a pre-service Math Teacher in the Math, Science, and Technology Department.

"Apathy is a desperate disease that requires a dangerous remedy: knowledge!"
