If you experience trouble accessing an electronic resource, ask a librarian for help. You should be prepared with the following information:

Where are you?

on-campus
off-campus

Describe your problem in as much detail as possible:

• Include any error messages and/or tell what happens when you get stopped - e.g., are you prompted for a password?
• How are you accessing the resource (e.g. search, citation finder, Library homepage, etc.)?
• What is the title of the resource? (Educational Researcher, etc.)

Technical details

What operating system are you using? (e.g.: Windows XP, Mac OS X, etc.)

What browser(s) are you using? (e.g.: Internet Explorer 6.2, Firefox 1.5, Netscape 7.0, etc.)
