We are pleased to announce the Library’s significant migration to new Exlibris software: Alma (a back-end library services platform) and Primo VE (a patron-facing discovery layer), successor to Sierra (Educat) and Summon (TC Supersearch). Our new cloud-based platform is fully integrated to provide enhanced functionality, seamless management of, and robust access to our collections, including research, curriculum, children’s literature, and institutional -- both physical and electronic -- with a superior look and feel for researchers. Our Go-Live date is August 17, 2021.
As we approach cut-over to Alma and Primo VE, we wish to advise on the following details that will impact the delivery of library resources and services:
Immediately after Go Live with Alma and Primo VE, we will begin implementing Leganto, the companion module for course reserves, which integrates with Canvas. More details will be forthcoming in preparation for the January 2022 launch.
