Important Notice: Sunsetting Vialogues

Dear Vialogues User,

We have some important news for you. To streamline the services of the Gottesman Libraries and Information Technology, the Vialogues platform will be retired on May 13th, 2022. 

Our records indicate that you have created one or more Vialogues, and we wish to reassure you of two options for preserving the content you have created.

1) You will now see a Download button next to your video when you visit the website. The button allows you to download your video to save in your own storage. Note: this option is not available for videos hosted by other platforms (e.g., YouTube).

2) Alternatively, you can request to migrate your created content to TC Digital Media (YuJa), a video storage space accessible through the TC portal. The storage can be found in TC portal -> Employee Resources -> General Technology Resources-> TC Digital Media (Video Storage).

If you are interested in preserving your videos with comments / discussion on TC Digital Media (YuJa), please submit a ServiceNow Ticket with the title Migrate from Vialogues to TC Digital Media, before May 13th, 2022.

Whether you joined Vialogues in 2011 or more recently, we want to take a moment to thank you for using the platform, and we hope you continue to use video in new and engaging ways.
