Pocketknowledge Is Retiring
On August 31st, 2023
Dear TC Community,
PocketKnowledge, the digital repository of Teachers College, Columbia University, is being migrated to the Gottesman Libraries service platform, with select historical collections curated for inclusion in EDUCAT+.
Users can now search for historical materials via EDUCAT+, the definitive record of library holdings at Teachers College. Examples of newly added Teachers College Digital Collections include: The History of Education Collection; Amherst Project; Citizenship Education Project; Archives of the Department of Nursing Education; and Teachers Collegiana (TCANA).
We strongly encourage users who have uploaded their specially authored materials to PocketKnowledge to find and download them by August 31st, 2023. Users will no longer have access to Pocketknowledge after it retires on this date.

The project team comprises: Conrad Lochner, Special and Digital Collections Librarian; Jon Macmillan, Director, IT Project Management Office; Kalli Mathios, Head of Technical Services and Metadata Librarian, and Jennifer Govan, Library Director and Senior Librarian, with assistance from Iraida Torres, Head of Operations (Library); and Tim Conley, Web Services and Systems Librarian.
