Highlighted Databases: Developmental Psychology

In August we highlight research resources that support the field of Developmental Psychology, the study of human growth and development over the lifespan - how humans adapt and change, including their physical, cognitive, social, intellectual, perceptual, personality, and emotional aspects of well-being, from the pre-natal period through to older adult development.

The following databases are presented in three main categories (Psychology, Education, and Multidisciplinary)  for ease in organization and support for the goals of the Developmental Psychology program, which "focuses on the development of individuals across their lifespan within the context of family, peer groups, child-care and after-school programs, schools, neighborhoods, and larger communities and society."
