New Teachers College Press E-books: Expanding Institutional Collections

New Teachers College Press E-books: Expanding Institutional Collections

We are excited to announce this summer’s installment of the Gottesman Libraries’ continued commitment to providing electronic access to Teachers College Press (TC Press) titles. Teachers College Press, which has operated since 1904, publishes a diverse range of innovative, interesting, and rigorous work related to both the theory and practice of education.

Starting in the summer of 2022, we have endeavored to acquire all TC Press titles available as e-books since 1980. After three initial rounds of purchasing, covering titles from 1980-2010, 2011-2018, and 2019-2024, the collection is now completely up to date. This summer, we purchased an additional 61 e-books, covering the remainder of new publications from 2025 and the beginning of 2026. This brings the collection to over 1,100 unique TC Press titles which are now available both in print and online to the entire Teachers College community: Browse all of TC Press online here!

Several popular print titles from TC Press are newly available online, including:
