The Library is a distinct space on campus for intellectual work and collaboration. With the goal of creating a welcoming and stimulating space, library staff facilitates this by carefully curating signage and other information throughout the building.
When you Reserve a Group Room, your event will be featured on the library's Room Reservations Calendar. Upcoming events are also displayed on screens by the elevators on each floor of the library. If you are concerned about attendees finding your event, please share directions with them in advance.
The library has one stand for a printed, event-specific sign at the entrance to the second and third floors for highlighting public events that are part of our Education Program. Library staff creates and post these signs. If you think your public library event should have a sign, you can submit a request. We accept and/or create signs based on fit with the library's activities.
